Mamadou Balde, a 12th grade student at Brooklyn Academy of Science and Environment, l considers himself  a simple, focused, and hardworking person. He enjoys going to school, learning new things, and spending time with people close to him. He tries to stay respectful, honest, and focused on what matters most. In his free time, he likes relaxing, listening to music, and hanging out with friends.  He believes in taking life step by step and doing his best each day.  He is looking forward to graduating and seeing what the future has in store.
