Colleen-FrancoisWilliams is a junior in BASE and a member of the Cardinal Express staff. She’s very outgoing and easy to talk to. When she is not working on articles she is spending time with friends and watching movies, anime and reading. Colleen is also a part of Green Team and Peer leadership,working on trying to solve environmental issues and bringing awareness to topics like domestic violence and teens getting the help they need. She likes trying new things and meeting new people. Fun Fact: she is the youngest of all her 8 siblings.
